Ready Rebound is seeking a Marketing Operations & Digital Manager to strengthen the digital, analytics, and operational foundation of our growing Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both executing marketing programs and using data to understand what is working. The Marketing Operations & Digital Manager will own our email marketing platform and campaigns, website performance and optimization, marketing analytics, and lead tracking and reporting.

This person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to improve how we capture, track, and measure marketing activity—from initial engagement through MQLs and pipeline. The ideal candidate is analytical, digitally savvy, highly organized, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions, and driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on support, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), training members, monitoring KPIs, and guiding clients through renewals. The CSM also plays a key role in identifying customer advocates, building references, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
