Connect with a Navigator
A member will connect with their assigned Navigator, who will assist with appointment scheduling, identifying care providers, and ongoing communication.

Care navigation is hands-on guidance that helps an injured worker get to the right care quickly and stay supported through recovery. At Ready Rebound, every injured member is paired with a dedicated navigator who coordinates specialist access, appointments, and the path back to full duty, so no one has to work through the system alone.
A nurse case manager typically reviews a claim from a distance; a Ready Rebound navigator is a hands-on advocate whose only job is getting your member back to duty. Our navigators are Athletic Training Certified, which means they understand the physical demands of frontline work the way a sideline trainer understands an athlete. They coordinate care in real partnership with the member, not just oversee a file.
We work within your existing provider network and alongside your TPA, not around them. Our navigators know which specialists are the right fit for a given injury and how to reach them fast, so members get to the appointment that actually moves recovery forward.
We don't replace your plan or your providers. We remove the friction that slows scheduling down. Because our navigators coordinate specialist access and follow-up directly, members often get in to see the right specialist in days rather than the weeks or months it can take on their own.
