Why it works

A better recovery experience for every member

Ready Rebound partners with unions to ensure injured members receive the care, support, and advocacy they deserve from the moment an injury happens until they're back on the job.

Faster access to the right care

Members are connected with specialists quickly, reducing weeks of waiting and helping them begin treatment sooner.

Healthier departments, healthier members

Faster recoveries improve staffing levels and lessen the burden placed on fellow union members who would otherwise cover additional shifts.

Personal recovery advocacy

Every injured member is paired with a dedicated Navigator who coordinates appointments, answers questions, and stays with them throughout their recovery.

Value that benefits the entire membership

Reducing workers' compensation costs creates opportunities for departments to reinvest in the workforce, supporting future negotiations for better pay, benefits, and member programs.

Care navigation is hands-on guidance that helps an injured worker get to the right care quickly and stay supported through recovery. At Ready Rebound, every injured member is paired with a dedicated navigator who coordinates specialist access, appointments, and the path back to full duty, so no one has to work through the system alone.

A nurse case manager typically reviews a claim from a distance; a Ready Rebound navigator is a hands-on advocate whose only job is getting your member back to duty. Our navigators are Athletic Training Certified, which means they understand the physical demands of frontline work the way a sideline trainer understands an athlete. They coordinate care in real partnership with the member, not just oversee a file.

We work within your existing provider network and alongside your TPA, not around them. Our navigators know which specialists are the right fit for a given injury and how to reach them fast, so members get to the appointment that actually moves recovery forward.

We don't replace your plan or your providers. We remove the friction that slows scheduling down. Because our navigators coordinate specialist access and follow-up directly, members often get in to see the right specialist in days rather than the weeks or months it can take on their own.

No. Ready Rebound navigates, it does not diagnose or treat. Your providers deliver the care; our navigators make sure the member gets to that care quickly, understands each step, and stays on track through return to duty.

We focus on the musculoskeletal injuries most common to frontline work, the strains, tears, and orthopedic injuries that sideline first responders and frontline workers. Our navigation is built specifically for the physical demands of these roles.

No. Ready Rebound works alongside your TPA and existing process. Your TPA administers the claim; we provide the hands-on navigation and advocacy that sit on top of it, so the member gets a better experience and the department gets clearer visibility.

By getting members to the right care sooner and surfacing claims that need attention before they drift, Ready Rebound helps reduce the overtime, backfill, and long-tail costs that come from slow recoveries. Departments get dashboard visibility into status, cost, and outcomes so leaders can see what is driving spend.
