How we select
A roster built on standards, not volume
Every provider on the Ready Rebound roster goes through a review of clinical specialty, scheduling capacity, responsiveness, and fit for first-responder care before they’re invited to join. Understanding the functional job demands of these hero’s is paramount to make educated decision on return-to-work status. We track access, appointment completion, and provider feedback on an ongoing basis — and we stay selective about who represents Ready Rebound to the departments and members who count on us.

Our providers focus on what matters most: helping people recover so they can go back to work and fulfill the responsibilities of their day-to-day lives. Ready Rebound takes care of all the hassles normally associated with workers’ compensation cases, giving our providers one less thing to worry about.
No referral fees
We do not charge providers to be part of the Ready Rebound Provider Partner Team. Your only obligation is to provide superior care and see the patient as quickly as possible. We’re a clinical partner, not a paid placement service.
Concierge navigation
A dedicated Navigator is assigned to every case and stays engaged from referral through recovery. Your practice gets a single point of contact who handles scheduling, keeps the patient prepared and informed, relays care-plan updates to the employer and workers’ compensation carrier, and resolves logistical issues before they become delays — so your team can concentrate on clinical care instead of coordination.
